TCSA's core business is the importing, handling, distribution and marketing of bulk products. TCSA is one of 9 terminals with a bulk licence to handle bulk commodities such as Bauxit, Zeolite, Gypsum, fertilizers, inorganic chemicals and other bulk free-flowing products. It also offers terminal handling services of other bulk products, such as:

• Sodium sulphate
• Sodium Bi-carbonate
• Crushed Refined Soda
• Sulphonic acid
• STPP (Sodium tri-phosphate)
• Fertilisers
• Zeolite
• Gypsum

Products are sold in units of 25kg, 50kg, 1MT and bulk. Products can be transported by means of bulk tankers or tippers, or using flat-deck trucks for bag customers. Tata Chemicals also has the facility and capability to load into containers and rail.
