Tata Chemicals Ltd has set up a wholly owned subsidiary Ncourage Social Enterprise Foundation (Ncourage) registered in the state of Maharashtra.

Ncourage is a Section 8 not-for-profit company with the objective of acting as a social enterprise to undertake activities that enhance the quality of life of people and to seek ways and means to serve society that help in solving basic human needs including water, sanitation, health and nutrition, food and agriculture, shelter, clean energy, education and skills, management of natural resources, empowerment, and sustainable livelihoods.

Ncourage has commenced operations by launching the first phase of the Water Purifier Business with a mission to provide safe, clean and affordable drinking water.
